The forming workshop is equipped with complete automatic closed-loop production lines to cast all types of polyurethane mining spare parts, including polyurethane screens, Knelson concentrator components, wear-resistant scrapers and other mineral processing accessories. Flexible production equipment supports mass production of standard products, as well as OEM & ODM customized processing based on customers’ technical drawings.
All molded workpieces go through complete precision finishing procedures including edge trimming, surface polishing and dimensional calibration. Surface burrs, pits and other defects are thoroughly removed to prevent premature abrasion and service life reduction caused by long-term impact and friction of ore and tailings.
Multi-channel online quality inspection procedures are implemented for all finished goods before shipment. Professional inspectors test core indicators item by item, such as polyurethane hardness, impact resistance, heat resistance and dimensional tolerance. Only products passing all inspection standards will be packed and delivered to customers.
Our in-house laboratory carries out full-process testing covering all MDI polyurethane raw materials and finished spare parts.
