PUTECH polyurethane scrapers deliver industry-leading ultra-low abrasion loss for supreme wear resistance. We customize premium abrasion-resistant PU raw material with Akron abrasion loss only 10 mm³, the lowest abrasion index within standard Shore A85 hardness range. Compared with common 85A PU scrapers (35–60 mm³ abrasion loss), our product extends service life by 3–6 times under heavy friction & slurry scouring conditions. OEM & ODM customization of all sizes available.

Installation & Operation Guidelines
1. Adjust scraper angle to ensure tight contact with belt/screen and thorough cleaning
2. Tighten bolts evenly to avoid scraper deformation or detachment from unbalanced load
3. Clear foreign objects on belts before startup to prevent PU blade scratching
4. Inspect abrasion regularly; replace scrapers when wear exceeds 1/3 thickness
5. Avoid long-term sunlight exposure and direct contact with strong solvents to extend service life
