We completed full upgrade of automatic MDI polyurethane casting production lines to lift output accuracy and product wear resistance for mining customers.
Full TextRecently, PUTECH finished comprehensive renovation of core production workshops. A batch of new intelligent casting and finishing equipment has been put into operation, covering raw material mixing, integrated molding and precision post-processing.
The upgraded lines realize whole-process digital temperature and formula control, effectively reducing dimensional errors and improving the uniformity of MDI polyurethane molecular structure. All finished mining spare parts including Knelson concentrate cones, PU screens and scrapers gain stronger abrasion and low-temperature resistance.
Supported by our independent testing laboratory, each batch of products undergoes strict performance tests after production. The new equipment greatly shortens the lead time of mass orders while meeting customized OEM & ODM demands.
This upgrade helps us deliver more stable, long-service-life polyurethane components for mineral processing, coal and environmental industries. We will keep optimizing manufacturing capacity to provide reliable wear-resistant solutions for global mining partners.
