PUTECH has officially reached long-term technical cooperation with the High-Performance Materials Research Institute of Qingdao University.Combining the university’s advanced polymer research capacity and our 16-year manufacturing experience in mining elastomer parts, both sides jointly develop upgraded rubber formulas for mining screen decks.
The joint R&D team focuses on optimizing rubber compounding technology to greatly boost abrasion resistance, anti-tear performance and anti-clogging capacity of rubber screens. The new-generation rubber screens will deliver far longer service life under heavy ore scouring, effectively lowering replacement frequency and operation costs for mineral processing, coal washing and aggregate plants.
We will share testing equipment and conduct repeated field simulation tests to speed up industrial mass production of high-performance rubber screens, supplying more cost-effective screening solutions for global mining clients.
