Our R&D engineers have successfully developed premium polyurethane products cured with PPDI and HQEE at our branch factory.This new polyurethane formulation delivers outstanding thermal stability, designed for long-term continuous service at 140–150°C. It resists softening and deformation under sustained high temperature, while maintaining excellent wear resistance and dynamic load capacity. It is ideal for harsh high-temperature working conditions in mining, heavy industry and oil & gas sectors, overcoming the heat-limit weakness of conventional polyurethane elastomers.
This achievement expands our portfolio of high-performance polyurethane materials. It meets the growing demand for high-temperature resistant spare parts from global mining and industrial equipment clients. We will keep investing in polyurethane formulation innovation to supply custom wear-resistant & heat-stable polyurethane components worldwide.
