Curved working face: Thin grooves from high-speed scouring → turbulent flow, unstable foam and lower recovery
Edges & corners: Impact wear causes chipping → failed diversion and local vortexes
Mounting holes: Cracking & detachment from long-term vibration → loose fixation and aggravated uneven wear
Application Scope
✅ Recommended: Fine ore, corrosive slurry, high-abrasion working conditions (coal slurry, quartz ore)
✅ Compatible: WEMCO/RCS mechanical flotation cells for copper, gold, lead-zinc, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metals
❌ Not Suitable: Ultra-high temperature (>80℃) and strong organic solvent environments
