Inspection Cycle: 500–1,000 working hours; focus on nozzle aperture, inner wall abrasion and flow grid deformation
Replacement Criteria:
1. Nozzle wear exceeds 10% of original bore size
2. Inner wall perforation, liner peeling or cracking
3. Severe flow grid deformation leading to failed diversion
Maintenance Tips
Block metal fragments and bulk materials from entering gaps to avoid impact damage; regularly clean to prevent nozzle clogging; guarantee coaxial mounting with uniform gaps for even wear.
